1. Returns and Exchanges Overview

As our products are professional medical devices, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided
  • Custom products are not eligible for return

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Custom or special order products
  • Products beyond the return period
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling

4. Return Process

  1. Contact sales@reforteha.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package
  3. Ship the product to the designated address
  4. We will process your return within 5-10 business days upon receipt

5. Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Deductions may apply for any damage or missing components

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage
  • We will provide a free replacement or a full refund
